| 04/06/2025 The TRIDENT team’s writeup on the Vigenere cipher is due for its first database integration on the tenth of June, which is in less than one week. Though I understand you may have other tasks on hand, and the TRIDENT team itself is not explicitly a cryptographic team, I would urge you to entrust one person to spend a single hour some time in the next few days to produce a basic summary. Not only is this only the first, of all database integrations, the “vigenere cipher” is already considered low priority information. Additionally, I would like to draw your attention to your current draft of the article “The viginere cipher is a transformation cipher attributed to Blaise Viginere. It was once considered impossible to break…” In which you misspell “vigenere” and mention Blaise de Vigenere (whose name has two misspellings) and not the creator of the cipher, Giovan Battista Bellaso. There is a reason the TRIDENT team is confidentiality rank sixth. There will be a follow-up email in regards to this and your members’ lineup. |
